We started the new year off in an incredibly way, welcoming the SLU Outdoor Program back for their second annual Women's Retreat.
What an inspiring opening to a new year...
As an all women staff, one of our main passions is celebrating, empowering and connecting with women, from across cultures and social structures. We believe that when women are uplifting and supporting each other our capacity is limitless and we have a hell of a lot of fun!
We love taking our retreat adventures on the road and like to try out new locations every year!
This year we are headed to one of our favourite gems in Mexico- the Riveria Nayarit! A short drive way from the international airport of Puerto Vallarta- The Riveria Nayarit is a culturally rich, wave sliding, taco eating, stunning vista filled sweet spot on the coast.
We are moving into our favourite time of year in Nicaragua. The leaves are green, the jungle is lush, the rains have mellowed and the surf is small and sweet - a perfect welcome for the aspiring surfer!
We have spent a good portion of our lives surf travelling on the hunt for perfect waves. Every-time I adventure, although grateful for the experience- I am always most stoked to be back at home. On the Emerald Coast of Nicaragua. Land of offshore winds and waves a plenty.
Every season we try to spread our butterfly wings and take our Papaya show on the road.
This fuels our free spirited surf sister souls and allows us to enjoy the freedom, excitement and unknown of the new adventure while sharing our love and passion for the ocean, yoga, balanced living and exploration with you!
