1) August 18-24th and August 24-30th in PLAYA GRANDE- Costa Rica: All Inclusive Surf Progression Retreat with Chapin Kreuter 

In Playa Grande we will be staying at a super sweet boutique hotel just steps off of the sand and the beach break we will be surfing as much as possible each day. This retreat is a great opportunity to progress your surfing ability with technical video analysis after each session and a lot of ocean time! We will unwind with restorative yoga and have plenty of time for some adventure and relaxation! This retreat location is super convenient as it is only 1 hour away from the international airport Liberia. Your airport transfers are included in your stay! 

Green Goodness…Moringa Pesto… Madrono Farm…Nicaraguan Campo Life

My good fortune is the ingredients are only steps away. Picking basil and arugula
from my herb garden and young moringa leaves from one of the numerous trees
planted on the property. Tossing all into the food processor with a handful of
peanuts and cashews grown on our farm, Las Salinas sea salt harvested some
kilometres up the coast and let the machine do it’s magic. To heat it up, I throw in a
minced scotch bonnet pepper from the garden. Move and smooth all the ingredients,
by adding a little oil, choice is yours. Staying close to home, I drizzle in coconut oil
my friend and neighbour is making. Then there are all the possible add-ins,
nutritional yeast, parmesan, roasted garlic…

Two wheels, open road, no timeline. Just freedom and my thoughts.

Out of your comfort zone is where all the magic happens. Growth, challenge and possibility exist when you don't know the answer or what comes next! Travelling to new locales is a great way to shake things up. By travelling to a new destination or trying a new activity (like surfing!!!!!!!) you are expanding your perceived limitations. If you have always done what you always do, you will only know what you already know. Learn, grow, and expand by trying something new and unknown! Better yet- if that unknown thing scares you, what is possible when you go for it anyways!? (Hint: ANYTHING)!!!!
